Chuck Smith is a retired corporate executive from the packaging industry. Since his retirement, Chuck has served our community as an El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office “STAR” volunteer and a member of the El Dorado Rod & Gun Club Board of Directors. If elected, Chuck intends to pursue policies that will ensure our water security in future droughts while meeting the needs of our small businesses and family-owned farms, ranches, orchards, and vineyards.
