PLACERVILLE, Calif. — It appears a local coffee roasting company will take over a coffee shop on Main Street in Placerville next month.
Totem Coffee Co. was established about seven years ago at 312 Main St., Suite 104, in downtown Placerville. The specialty coffee roaster and cafe features indoor and outdoor seating, a seasonal menu and local craft beers on tap, according to its website.
“We are excited and honestly a bit relieved by this new direction and growth for us,” Mingle said in the announcement. “We are also happy and confident that Pachamama will continue to hold the same influence and space in Placerville.”
