]A Placerville man is on trial, charged with brandishing a semi-automatic shotgun at three teenage girls in front of his home, an incident that occurred in August 2020.
The El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against Bradley Popejoy, claiming he violated Penal Code 417, which states that brandishing a firearm in a “rude, threatening or angry manner” is punishable by a maximum of a year in county jail, a $1,000 fine or a combination of both, unless in self-defense.

So, because they were going to Apple Hill, they had to drive by 4 times after seeing a Trump banner in a yard in order to find where they were going? I would feel threatened if someone came by my house 4 times. Regardless of what sign or banner is in someone’s yard. They initiated the problem when there was not one. In these days if you are conservative, you are a target.
How could homeowner possibly know they were teenagers?
Those Girls were looking for trouble, clearly the flags made them crazy, they should not have driven by so many times then stopping. Plus lady was home alone.
And I would put money on it that the man did not point the gun at the girls.
