Like other restaurants the Platts operate, South Fork Grille will be open for lunch and dinner, and offer brunch service on weekends. The owners plan to use the large outdoor patio area at the space, as well as the large indoor bar area.
Expect “fun appetizers” such as buffalo chicken cheese dip, Mark Platt said. Entrees will include salads, steaks and seafood, with a focus on ahi tuna. They’re also considering including a meat smoker as part of the project.
