The operators of two well-known local restaurant brands are planning a project in the El Dorado Hills Town Center.
Mark and Karoline Platt will bring a dining concept to a 5,400-square-foot space, said Kevin Nagle, a general partner in the El Dorado Hills Town Center. The Platts also own Sienna and Land Ocean restaurants.
The Platts will fill a prominent Town Center space that for 10 years was occupied by Bistro 33, before that eatery closed in early 2018. After Bistro 33, an Italian restaurant called Osteria Moto filled the space. That eatery closed in November 2019, after less than a year of business.
“We are delighted to have reached an agreement with Land Ocean and Sienna owners Karoline and Mark Platt,” Nagle said in a written statement. “We had other excellent operators who wanted the location but it was easy to find a way to work with them as they know our market extremely well. I am looking forward to having them move into Town Center with their custom brand restaurant.”
