El Dorado County is working with CalOES and other state partners to facilitate the safe handling and removal of burn debris, ash and hazardous trees caused by the Caldor Fire. The State Consolidated Debris Removal Program (State Program) is a free service, available to residents at no out-of-pocket cost, regardless of insurance, to property owners who complete and sign a Right-of-Entry (ROE) form to allow access to their private property for the removal of fire debris. To obtain this free clean-up service, a homeowner(s) must complete a Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to allow the crews to clean the property. Please complete the paperwork entirely to avoid delays.
If you have not previously submitted a Right of Entry (ROE) Form, use the following link to complete the process: https://arcg.is/1iW5qS0
If you have difficulty filling out the Right of Entry (ROE) Form or have questions regarding the State Consolidated Debris Removal Program, come to our Free Hazardous Debris Removal Program Open House at the Pioneer Park (6740 Fairplay Road, Somerset, CA 95684) on Wednesday (10/06/2021) or Saturday (10/09/2021) between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm where County and State staff will be available to answer questions and assist in filling out the ROE.
