Attention, El Dorado Hills shoppers
The El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce has relaunched a program that rewards people for supporting locally owned businesses. Under the program, which is currently underway, people can get $10 back on every $100 spent. Eligible purchases must be made at businesses in the 95762 ZIP code, or at businesses that belong to the local chamber. Shoppers can donate their rebates to El Dorado County nonprofits, or keep the money. There’s a maximum $200 rebate check per household.
The program ends Aug. 31, or when funds are depleted. The chamber held a similar effort a year ago, as disruption from the pandemic first hit small businesses. Additional information about the program is available online.
