From July to October 2020 the County had 4 COVID deaths of residents. A fast jump in late November has ushered in a deadly month of December 2020 with 17 deaths reported in the month of December. That is 71% of all COVID-19 deaths of county residents has occurred in the last month of 2020.
County Nursing home have been hard hit with at least 160 positive cases residing in at least 6 deaths of residents.
Staff at these homes have also been hit hard with at least 125 Staff cases tested positive. No COVID caused deaths have been reported of Staff.
