This wonderful Saturday morning was spent in Placerville California at the Apple Bistro where Freedom strives and thrives because strong people decided years ago that they would not bend, would not break, even in the face of physical threats of arrest, frozen bank accounts and the shutdown of their ability to process debit or credit cards.
The State of California has fined these wonderful business owners continuously for the simple fact of running their restaurant, providing an excellent resource to their community and FEEDING people.
According to Gavin Newsom the pandemic is over yet the State wants over one million dollars from the owners of the Apple Bistro in fines and penalties because they would not wear masks or force them on their customers.
California is also ordering this business to close immediately.
The abuse of power and stress that these citizens have been put through is unlawful, unconstitutional and wrong.
I spoke with the owners today.
In spite of going through hell they are resolute.
“This restaurant will only close over my dead body” was the statement made today.
We cannot allow either to happen.
Evil lurks where good Americans do nothing and pure evil is currently attacking our American brethren.
Any “law enforcement” at all levels who attempt to “enforce” anything against these people is derelict of duty, breaking the law and violating their rights.
Listed below is their website and address as due to the oppressive hand of today’s government these are the only tools available to help them other than walking in the door and spending CASH.
Most of you reading this have been with me for years and even though Facebook has shunned and shadow banned me into a tiny corner your strength to share still exists.

I deal with these people on almost a weekly basis. They come into my work to send their documents to the people we have chosen to run this state/country and enough as enough! Leave them alone, they have done nothing but exercise their rights as americans and were passionate in what they believed in. They are being punished because they are not sheep and did not fall for your bogus scare tactics and follow the rest of the herd as the rest of world did. Its over now so lets get back to some kind of normalcy and stop going after the little people who are just trying to make a living doing what they love. I support everything they stand for and commend them for doing what so many others should have done.
Sounds like the author doesn’t understand how laws or licenses work.

Apple Bistro decided the fines and penalties were worth it. They made a choice, fully informed of the consequences. It’s time to pay up or close down, simple as that.
Zero sympathy for this establishment.
