Placerville, CA – Pablo Perez Balderas was arrested for suspected lewd acts with a child.
On May 8th, 2020 around 4:30 pm, an investigation was initiated after a mandated reporter contacted the Placerville Police Department and advised that she had reason to believe two juvenile females may have been victims of unlawful sexual contact by Pablo Balderas.
After an investigation involving two separate incidents, it was determined that 26 year old, Pablo Balderas of Placerville, had allegedly touched one 16 year old female juvenile a week prior and an additional 15 year old female juvenile the night of May 7th, 2020. Due to the complexity of the case and the age of the victims, no further details are being released at this time. Balderas was arrested on May 9th, 2020 and booked into the El Dorado County Jail for Lewd Acts with a child, Penal Code Section 288(c)(1) where he is being held on $50,000 bail.
