We are very excited to announce that we have completed an agreement on a facility to house John Adams Academy – El Dorado Hills!
We will be leasing land to house temporary facilities for this fall while we finalize the details on our permanent facility, for which we hope to have a grand opening fall of 2018. This coming school year, we plan to serve grades TK through 7 and then to add grade levels in subsequent years until we have organically grown to serve all grades–TK through 12th grade.
John Adams Academy – El Dorado Hills will be located at 4250 Town Center Blvd., El Dorado Hills, CA 95762. Conveniently located at the corner of Towne Center Blvd. and Latrobe Rd., just south of Hwy 50, this site is walking distance from the popular El Dorado Hills Towne Center and Montano Shopping Center and less than 10 minute drive time from Intel Corporation in Folsom. With a building of over 89,000 square feet of space on a lot of nearly 15 acres this site will make an excellent long term home to accommodate a full TK-12 grade program to serve the El Dorado Hills and surrounding communities.
We anticipate opening the application window in early June to accept applications for this coming school year. The application window is required to determine if there are more applications per grade level then seats available. In the event that there are more applications than seats, a public random drawing (lottery) will be held. Because of the possibility of a lottery it is very important for interested families to apply during the posted application window.
Parents must complete an application in order for their child to be considered for enrollment even if parents have completed an intent to enroll form.
Please keep an eye out over the next few days for additional messaging via email and on our website regarding the application process.
