Deputies stopped the Pictured vehicle Friday night. The driver identified as Nicholas Priest ran from the stop.
Priest was also wanted in connection with escaping from CHP during an arrest.
Deputies located drugs, scale, packaging, money, portable radio with law enforcement channels, scanner, burglary tools and a explosive device.
The explosive device was rendered safe by EDSO Explosive Ordinance Detail.
Priest was arrested later that evening at his residence where Deputies found him sleeping.
