Chad Forte, 43, of Auburn, CA passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2019. The final cause of death is still unknown, but was likely due to a blood clot stemming from a recent knee surgery.
Chad was born in South Lake Tahoe, CA, where he became an accomplished athlete and avid outdoorsman.
