El Dorado Democrats Celebrate 100 Years of Votes for Women
On Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020, the El Dorado County Democratic Party and the Democratic Women of El Dorado County celebrated 100 Years of Votes for Women (1920-2020) at the Oakridge High School Performing Arts Theater.
Keynote speaker, Betty Yee, California State Controller, amazing candidates, and Diana Carpenter Madoshi provided inspiring speeches and insights that were enjoyed by over 110 ticket holders.
Lorraine King, Chair of the Democratic Women of El Dorado County(DWEDC), extended an invitation to men and women to the next meeting of the DWEDC on Thursday, February 20, 2020, 6pm at the Bel Air Market Community Room, 3510 Palmer Drive, Cameron Park.
