Jess Stone, a lawyer with the State Attorney General\u2019s Office, will appear to make the case that Bader&#8217;s license should be suspended for the duration of the trial. The charges stem from the Lonesome Dove hoarding and abuse case where some 300 animals were removed from a horrific hoarding situation last May.
