The caller stated that he had accidentally discharged his firearm and shot his girlfriend in the back.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies arrived and located a female on the kitchen floor with a gunshot wound to her back, near the shoulder. The female was transported to the hospital in critical condition.<\/p>\n<p>The 911 caller was identified as Michael Spiller, a 38 year old from Placerville.
