Enjoy a fun-filled day of cultural events ranging from a Washoe basket display and basket competition with local weavers from around Nevada and California to traditional dancing from Washoe and other various cultures, music, traditional stories, plays, traditional basket and clothing modeling and Washoe traditional games. The exhibition is at the Placerville Shakespeare Club, 2940 Bedford Ave. in Placerville ( just 5 minutes from main street). This show features diverse two dimensional and three dimensional works from realism to experimental, in watercolor, oil, pastel, charcoal, acrylic, pencil, photography, collage, digital art and mixed media. Subjects include seascape, landscape, portrait, still life, animals, miniature and experimental.<\/p>\n<p>Show is open daily 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Except Aug 5. Open at 12:00.On the first day of the show, at 1:00 p.m. is a reception and presentation by Frank Ordaz, juror\/judge of the show.
