The announcement came at a candidates forum sponsored by the State of Jefferson Committee and again during a telephone town hall meeting sponsored by\u00a0<em>Taxpayer Watchdogs for Dan Dellinger For Recorder-Clerk<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Dan Dellinger has a proven history of standing up to powerful bullies,<\/strong>\u201d said former\u00a0<em>District I Supervisor Sam Bradley<\/em>, \u201c<strong>we can trust Dan to be fair and impartial and follow the law &#8211; even if it angers wealthy and well connected insiders.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Dan Dellinger cares deeply about preserving our rural character, defending our liberties, and protecting our civil rights.<\/strong>\u201d added<em>\u00a0former District II Supervisor Ray Nutting<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>As Recorder Clerk, Dan Dellinger will be our #1 advocate for taxpayers. \u00a0He will oppose higher taxes, protect Proposition 13, and oppose pay manipulation and county pension spiking.
