Kids are encouraged to come enjoy the rock wall and other fun activities! Join us in celebrating our profession and partnership with the Tahoe community.<\/p>\n<p>The event will also include the annual awards ceremony honoring SLTPD employees and community members at 4pm.<\/p>\n<p><em>Booths will include:<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"rteindent1\">SWAT \u2013 Educational information.<br \/>\nK9 \u2013 Tara, Ricci and Quatro will be in attendance with their handlers.<br \/>\nMarine unit \u2013 The police boat will be docked at El Dorado Beach boat ramp and officers will provide demonstrations.<br \/>\nHistory \u2013 Historic photos and information.<br \/>\nDispatch \u2013 Learn about the proper use of 911.<br \/>\nTechnology \u2013 Learn about the new drone operations program.<\/p>\n<p>May 20, 2017<br \/>\nSaturday: 2 PM &#8211; 6 PM<\/p>\n<p>Lakeview Commons<br \/>\n1001 Lakeview ave., \u00a0South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150<br \/>\nSouth Lake Tahoe, CA<\/p>\n<p>Moonshine Crazy will be playing for free. There will also be a barbecue hosted by the police and fire departments.
