The big winner has\u00a0declined media requests for interviews. \u00a0There are a few people in the Sacramento area with the name Kulbir Grewal but the identity of the winner in a mystery.<\/p>\n
Vineyard Market is now listed as a Lucky Retailer on the California Lottery website, thanks to Grewal\u2019s jackpot.<\/p>\n
