Authorities said Silva was driving a 2003 Kia Spectra west about 60 mph when his car \u201cbegan to rotate on its wheels in a counterclockwise direction,\u201d eventually drifting off to the right shoulder of the highway until it hit a tree.<\/p>\n<p>Bystanders helped Silva, who was unconscious lying across the headrest of the front passenger seat. A Good Samaritan pulled Silva out from the wreckage and performed CPR on him until CHP and El Dorado County Fire Department officials arrived.
