After nine years in the center, Bark Avenue Pet Supplies and Grooming is moving to a Raley’s-anchored shopping center on Park Drive in El Dorado Hills. Robin Mizell, who owns the business with her husband, Ken, said the new location offered room to expand.<\/p>\n
