\u00a0The El Dorado County Sheriff\u2019s Office received a report of a disabled vehicle in the roadway of Strolling Hills Road near the Safeway in Cameron Park. \u00a0Deputies contacted two females inside a disabled vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>One of the females, Tanya Starks, was determined to be on felony searchable probation. \u00a0The other woman in the car has been identified as Kimberly Higgins.<\/p>\n<p>While searching their vehicle deputies located counterfeit money, printers, multiple identifications, checks and credit cards not belonging to the women. \u00a0After a thorough investigation, both women were arrested and booked into the El Dorado County Jail on multiple charges including, forgery, possession of a counterfeit die\/apparatus and possession of personal
