LUNAFEST features a program of eight short films that empower and inspire. This year\u2019s stories are told from a variety of perspectives highlighting women\u2019s aspirations, accomplishments, resilience, strength, and connections.<\/p>\n
This year will be both virtual and in person. Virtually the films will be available for a full 48 hours, from 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 31 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 2. The in-person event on Thursday, March 31, starts at 7:00 pm (doors open at 6) and includes a silent auction which may be extended virtually as well.<\/p>\n
Complementary desserts are provided and some small plates and beverages will be available for sale.<\/p>\n
Proceeds from LUNAFEST benefit the club\u2019s mission to provide financial aid for education of women who are solely responsible for themselves and their families, as well provide a donation to Chicken & Egg Pictures, a nonprofit organization that supports women nonfiction filmmakers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
