Stacy Walls had asked both myself and Todd Smith if we would be Santa Claus for her Toys for Tots event on December 5, 2020. We spoke in person at Poor Reds El Dorado in October 2020 along with her daughter. I confirmed directly to Stacy Walls and her daughter that I would be happy to be the Toys for Tots Santa. Her daughter and I then walked to our vehicles and she gave me a Toys for Tots toy drop box for my shop. On Saturday December 5th, 2020 Stacy Walls, acting on behalf of Toys for Tots and the Marine Corp League provided me with a Santa suit when I met her at the bell tower just before 3pm. Over the next hour I was Santa Claus for Toys for Tots and the Marine Corp League. When we were done at the bell tower I returned the Santa suit to Stacy Walls and per her instructions placed it in her truck parked at the bell tower.<\/p>\n
Stacy Walls daughter called me on December 7th leaving a voice mail. In this message she expressed concern about my well being. If, I had not been invited then why would the Walls call to check on me? If, I had not been invited the message left for me would have been very different!<\/p>\n
To the Marine Corp League, my fellow veterans, it is perplexing to me that you would defame my great reputation in the community. Stacy Walls told me directly after December 5th that Eric Nelson instructed her to not speak publicly providing detail of my invitation. She also advised me that BLM threatened to blow up their warehouse and apologized to me.
\nI have always been open to discuss this event but will not tolerate a single false accusation.<\/p>\n

\u00a0For those who did not see it here’s the first of what will be many radio interviews with CharLee Simons<\/span><\/a> where I begin straightening out some details about my Santa debut with Toys for Tots – Placerville-El Dorado County<\/span><\/a> and friend Stacy Walls their administrator. Now it’s funny how for the last 1.5 years or so Stacy and I have been pretty close friends. You see, Stacy Walls had invited me to be Santa for the Marine Corps League Toys for Tots drive. Now when the El Dorado Progressives – Organization Page<\/span><\/a> attacked me and Black Lives Matter El Dorado County<\/span><\/a> created this bullshit narrative and the City of Placerville<\/span><\/a> help proliferative the false narrative, I took a hit for Stacy Walls.<\/div>\n

Stacy Walls was asked to step up and straighten this out but she continues to follow the instructions of Eric Nelson to not discuss the events. I have text proof, audio and video recordings, and witness testimony that Stacy Walls with the Toys for Tots and Marine Corp League invited me to be Santa!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
