The injunction was served during a hearing and had already been signed by the judge and dated, which she said shouldn&#8217;t have been possible if it had been carried out properly.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If they aren&#8217;t following the law, it&#8217;s null and void,&#8221; Waldow said.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Despite the latest injunction, Apple Bistro appears to still be operating.
