Placerville Recreation staff recently completed the reconstruction of an overlook at the popular Cedar Park area.<\/p>\n

The old overlook was failing, and joists were falling away from each other, which deemed the structure unsafe and in need of being rebuilt.<\/p>\n

The overlook includes benches which provide a place to rest while taking in the incredible views of Pyramid Peak and the Crystal range.<\/p>\n

Cedar Park is located next to Sly Guard Cabin, along Sly Park Road in Pollock Pines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
