PLACERVILLE, CA – Tuesday night the city council will vote on whether to keep the noose or remove it from the city seal.<\/p>\n
If they succeed this will be the first step in BLM El Dorado County and the Placerville Rural Resistance mission to remove everything that contains \u201cHangtown\u201d or a noose from the area.<\/p>\n
This will start with the city seal, street signs, \u201cwelcome to Hangtown\u201d sign, \u201cHangtown Christmas\u201d all of it. Businesses with \u201cHangtown\u201d are also a target and in a database for when they decide to start targeting them.<\/p>\n
